Administration Assistant


Jakarta-based oil and gas service and consulting company requires Administration Assistant to carry out data entry and administration tasks. This includes:
  • Data entry to company business system
  • Document scanning and filing
  • Handling Director’s business expense reports
  • Register letter/fax in/out and document distribution

Some receptionist duties will be required during the first six months.
The company is expatriate managed and so good English skills are required (spoken and written).
Currently our office is located in Casablanca area. In May 2010 we will relocate to a brand new office in CBD.
Office hours are 8 am to 5 pm and we expect strict compliance.
