We are recruiting for local wholesaler heavy and equipment for Mine and
Construction industry that established in 1988. Today, they continue the
success of giant machines penetration in the Mining sector throughout
Indonesia and currently looking for Mine Plan Superintendent (expatriate),
to be based in Sangatta ( East Kalimantan )
Job Responsibilities:
To set-up work plan on technical operational product support at project
overhaul, workshop, field service, maintenance, spare parts, unit
electrician to ensure that the operational activities running smoothly
To organize the technical operational product support at project covering
alternative guidance for trouble shooting of unit, to set-up necessity of
spare parts & tools to ensure that the unit repair being done properly and
the unit can be running smoothly within short notice
To control & monitor administrative job & reporting for trouble shooting,
warranty claim, Work in process, parts & components availability properly.
To give guidance & counseling to sub-ordinates regarding performance
evaluation regularly.
To conduct transfer knowledge on technical aspects to sub-ordinates
Measurement Target:
- Total OPEX = Target
- Zero Embezzlement
- Zero Accident
- Parts >= Target & Service >= Target
Salary around US $ 8.000 (net after tax)
