Medical Teams International is a non-profit organization, which serves
to bring aid and medical care to those in need worldwide. We are looking for
people

DONOR DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (Code: DDO)
Station: Jakarta Office
Main Job:
DDO
devices, develops, and implements a donor program at all levels in
Indonesia.
Qualification:
· 2 years experience working in a similar role within
the non-profit sector/ INGO/ Foundations.
· Having a wide network (Within Indonesia) with
potential donors such as governments and corporations, etc
* Practical experience with a range of fundraising and marketing practices
* Ability to secure major gifts through face-to-face meetings
* Strong skills in database management, segmentation and analysis
GENERAL QUALIFICATION:
· Educated to Degree level or Master as the advantage
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa and
English
* Ability and initiative to work as an individual without supervision as
well as work within a team environment
* Honest, reliable and self-confident, enthusiastic, committed, persuasive,
and creative
* Team player
* Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Willing to travel
