Description
- Identify product portfolio needed to achieve target revenue in targeted
market segments and product portfolio management decisions required to
effectively achieve rapid growth, new business opportunities for coating
technologies.
- Lead technology platforms that allow rapid growth.
- Lead cross functional, cross business teams to develop, launch and
insure early growth of product offerings
- Drive execution to deliver on time, complete product offerings that
meet customer identification needs in targeted market segments.
- Become primary advocate for the development of lean enterprise
- Become primary market contact for technology organization.
Qualifications
- Sales, Marketing or Coatings Technical background.
- 5 years of product marketing, business development, strategy and / or
sales experience.
- Experience in automotive industry or coatings industry is desirable.
- Ability and desire to advance to management level, interest in sales or
sales leadership.
- Market appropriate local and English language.
