General Manager PT. Alfa Arian Tour Bali
A well-established Resort & Villas in spectacularly scenic views is looking for a *General Manager (GM*) to manage the development and operation of the resort including:
· Develop and implement the strategic plan, marketing plan, budget and goals
· Set-up and manage the operational departments within the resort
· Establish and maintain effective internal communication and employee relations
Job requirements:
· at least 2 years experience as a General Manager in a hotel/villa,
· previous experience managing 5* properties,
· degree or diploma specializing in hospitality industry,
· proven track record of achievements in the hospitality industry,
· fluency in English, medium level in French or German are a plus,
· strong interpersonal & communication skills,
· strong organizational & leadership skills,
· flexibility to adapt to different situations and environments,
· must be willing to relocate in remote new tourist destination in Banyuwangi – East Java
