Organizational Development & Talent Management Head (ODTM-KOM)
Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management/Management /Industrial Engineering
Having min 3 years of working experience with the same position (experience in media industry will be an advantage)
Having knowledge about Organizational Development Activities such as Job Analysis/Job Evaluation based on competency and People Development to ensure organization effectiveness
Having strong leadership and able to manage team
Have a strong knowledge about performance management and organizational process
Good conceptual & analytical skill with excellent interpersonal skill
Proficient in English.
Recruitment Head (REC-KOM)
Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology
Having min 3 years of working experience with the same position (experience in media industry will be an advantage)
Having in-depth knowledge of recruitment process, psychological test, and able to make psychological report
Having strong leadership and able to manage team
Good conceptual, analytical thinking and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Proficient in English
Reporter (REP-KOM)
Requirements:
Min Bachelor Degree from any discipline
Good ability in writing
Have experience in Journalism is an advantage
Proficient in English / other language
Bring your own portfolio
Editor (ED-KOM)
Requirements:
Min Bachelor Degree from any discipline
Having min 2 years experience in supervising and leading team of reporter /editorial officer
Min 1 year experience as an editor in press media
Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia (Based to EYD)
Proficient in English both oral and written
