To support its aggressive plans for expansion, our clients seeks highly qualified human resources professionals who will take the lead in assisting the company achieve its business goals and objective through its valuable human resources assets.
HR – Organization Development Manager
Directly report to the Human Resources Director, you will partner with each of the line departments in planning, directing and coordinating all facets of the Organizational Development activities in accordance with the corporate direction, mission, and growth goals. Key strengths being sought for the position include your proven track record in supporting initiatives as well as successfully developing and implementing the following: Performance Management, Succession Planning and Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits Structure, and other related assignments
Ideally in your 30′s to 40′s, you are envisioned to be a university degree holder with at least five (5) to seven (7) years in the HR realm, honed in a multinational manufacturing operations and/or in supporting the corporate specifically for the Organizational Development spheres.
