*Position: Senior Consultant – Data Management*
*Role: Technical Services Delivery Manager – Jakarta*
We are currently looking to hire an Indonesian National for the role of Senior Data Management Consultant, based in Jakarta. Position is with an international oilfield services company, offering competetive salaries/benefits and opportunities to grow professionally.
In this role you will lead an exciting team of Information Management Consultants, delivering innovative solutions to our clients in the domain of Geology & Geophysical (G&G) Data Management and IT Solutions.
This role will be fully accountable for the delivery and continued service provision of multiple projects. A detailed knowledge of the oil and gas industry will be essential.
This role would suit a person who has 10+ years of G&G Data Management experience, who wishes to remain technically focused in actual project delivery, while making the next step to become accountable for this deliverable with significant management responsibility.
This position will have responsibility for the management of a team of over 5 Consultants, combined with project P&L accountability for this segment of the business.
The position will also be required to assist with technical responses to tenders, write and present papers at Industry Related Conferences, presenting in Technical Seminars, and becoming a Trusted Advisor to our clients.
Significant client interfacing and travel (domestic and international) will be required, so English proficiency and the ability to work effectively with clients is a must.

Proficiency with Landmark data management software solutions would be a distinct advantage, e.g., PetroBank, OpenWorks, and a firm understanding of the Subsurface Data Management domain is highly preferred.

Experience in one or more of the following is essential:
• Application Server : Oracle Internet Application Server
• Operating Systems : Linux, UNIX, Windows
• Database : Oracle, Ms Access, MySQL
• Reporting Tools : Oracle Reports, Ms. Excel
• Programming Language : Java, Delphi, PL/SQL
