To assist community members within the Surabaya Area Development Program
(ADP) to build their entrepreneurial capacity, fostering business talent and

- S1 degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Community Development or
related field

- Practical business knowledge, marketing and financial services

- Practical networking skill

- Experienced in working with community/grassroot people and organization in
Local Economic Development

- Experienced in capacity building community group
