OBJECTIVE

Assist Learning & Development Executive in day to day planning, organizing and coordination of learning and development functions in order to support the business operations excellence within the organization.

REQUIREMENT

·         Female/ Male

·         Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university

·         1-2 years experience in similar functions, preferably from multinational company or fresh graduate from reputable university with high level of potency

·         Having high interest in Learning & Development

·         High initiative, proactive and able to work with minimum supervision

·         Good command in English  both spoken and written

·         Good communication skill

·         Good interpersonal skill

·         Computer literate
