RECRUITMENT

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from individual consultants or organisations (government/non government, consulting companies, universities, NGOs, training providers, or any relevant legal entity) to be added to the pool of eligible consultants to work on the AusAID funded Australian Indonesia Partnership for Maternal and Neonatal Health. Successful applicants will be drawn on over the next year and half by the NTT Province and the Districts. NTT based organisations and individuals are encouraged to apply. The areas in the health sector, particularly Maternal and Neonatal Health that we are seeking expertise are:

Community Engagement/Development in areas such as Posyandu, Desa Siaga, Health Promotion for improved health behaviours

Planning and Budgeting for District and Provincial Health Programs

Monitoring and Evaluation especially in Maternal and Neonatal Health

Gender Equality in Health and Related Sectors

Health Workforce Development and Management for Non-Clinical and Clinical Areas

Financial Management, Procurement and Asset Management in the Health Sector

Provision of Clinical Services especially for Maternal and Neonatal Health

Media and Communication for Behaviour Change at Community and Institutional Levels

Management to Improve Maternal and Neonatal Health Service Delivery Outcomes and Improve Health System Performance.
