Territory Sales Manager (TSM) - to be placed in Central Java, East Java &
North Sumatera territory
Plan and develop sales program for assigned master dealer and elite partner
in each territory in order to achieve the agreed sales target to be in line
with department strategic objectives
Specific Requirements:

Bachelor degree (S1) in Information Technology or Management
Min. 5 years experience in Sales Business in IT or Electronic/Consumer
electronics industry with at least 3 years experience in managerial level
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding sales target
Having own vehicle and willing to travel

Product Manager (PM)
Develop product strategies and managing portfolio to earn a respectable
market shares in Indonesia, including preparing report to be approved for
product forecasting and product planning in order to achieve the assigned
target
Specific Requirements:

Bachelor degree (S1) in Computer Science, Engineering or Marketing
Minimum of 5 years working experience in IT industry – especially hardware
as a Product Manager or Sales
Highly analytical with strong math skills
Deep passion for products and track record to define market winning products
and product strategy

Service Operation Manager (SO)
Plan and develop the activities in Service Operation focused on Authorized
Service Provider function an On Site Service to provide a high quality of
After Sales Support to achieve the agreed Partner Satisfaction Index and
department objective which are aligned with the prevailing company policy
and procedure
Specific Requirements:

Bachelor degree (S1) in Management or Engineering
Minimum of 7 years working experience in Service industry in handling
Authorized Service Provider (IT/consumer electronic/electronics industry)
with 5 years experience in managerial level
Having experience in developing and managing technical certification program
is highly recommended

General Requirements:

Male/Female max age 35 years for TSM and PM and min 30 years for SO
Fluent in English both oral and written
Computer literate
Strong analytical and high impact leadership
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Team player & able to work independently
