Quarry superintendent/Manager

The incumbent will be responsible to plan, organize, supervise dan
evaluate all activities in Maloko Quarry (Rumpin area, South Jakarta)
such as production, quality, maintenance, sales& Delivery,
Administration, Safety & Environment, Community & Government
Relationship to achieve budgeted profitability in a safe and efficient
manner.
Requirements:
University degree preferably from Mining Engineer. Has min 8-12 years
Experiences in Mining Industry; having license in technical Mine
Manager, Shot firer as well as Safety, Health & Environment Certificate;
extensive knowledge of law related to mine, safety and environmental,
precendents and practise. Undestanding mining and plant process
Knowledge as well as the knowledge of financial justification measures
such as cost benefit analysis for all activities in Quarry, proven track
record leadership for leading a team. The incumbent also shoul have a
good computer literate, fluent in English and an excellent communciation
& interpersonal skills.
