* Handle Customer Care Technical administration job/ Project administration;
* Answer customer questions & Explain the process to the customers, Understand the customers needs.
* Plan the replacement process & Replace Equipments on site.
* Do Financial Report & weekly report.

REQUIREMENTS
* S1 preferably electrical Engineering from Reputable University
* Experience min. 1 year in technical/ project administration
* Knowledge on Electrical low voltage product is advantage
* Customer Oriented, Good Communication skill, able to work under-pressure
* English active both oral & Written, Computer knowledge
