Technical Customer Service Manager (TCSM)
Requirements:
Bachelor degree preferably in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
or related subjects
Experiences in similar position and chemical’s company background
To perform bond strength and develop new product / modification based on
request; conduct comparative analysis to the product range and advice
sales/marketing the alternative solutions
To assist the sales activity and customer approach/service by using sales
tools such as customer service visit and trials, presentation and
demonstration – to ensure that product applications and problems that may
raise in the customer premise can be resolved by using proper approach and
solutions.
Leadership and Partnership skills
English, Computer literate, Good communication and interpersonal skill
Customer orientation (Customer education and problem solution, customer
satisfaction)
SHE Officer
Requirements:
Min Diploma (DIII) or Bachelor degree preferably in Technical (Environment)
or DIII Safety/related subjects
Minimum 1 – 3 years experiences in SHE function in Manufacturing/Chemical
Area
Experience ISO 14001 and or OHSAS 18001 certification , Safety & Health
regulation.
Male/Female and age max. 29 years old
Proficiency in English both verbal and written, Computer literate (Ms.
Office)
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervisory and excellence team
player
