Strategy Management Director (Code: SMD)
Location :* National Office, Jakarta*
Purpose of Position :*
The purpose of the position is to tale leadership in facilitating development process of World Vision country Strategy and ensure its alignment with the regional strategy and strategic mandates of the Head Quarter. Included on the responsibilities are facilitation, roll out, design, and develop the strattegy formulation, monitoring and integration of strategy across the organization, facilitate evaluation of the progress, and make course corrections and provide recommendation for future growth.

*Master degree in economics, business administration, public administration, international development or related field is preferred. Min. 5 years of broad and deep experience in several functions, esp. on operations and management and cross-functional senior management experiences within WV Strategic planning and management knowledge Strong knowledge and understanding of humanitarian industry Business Know-How: Applies a broad-based understanding of key business fundamentals with knowledge of World Vision’s organization, strategic relationship, and the business/ political environment. Performance management: Demonstrates ability to design and implement strategy performance management system and develop recommendation for strategy development and goals setting
