New supervisors play a key role in any organization’s growth and development for many reasons, not the least of which is the fact that their main responsibility is creating a link between technical employees and upper management. Not only do new managers have a huge impact on the bottom line of most organizations, but they also represent their firms 24 hours a day, seven days a week, making them business agents for their respective companies in a sense. Trainer/Facilitator:
Kesna Yudianto is a Coach by nature and holds a master degree from IKIP (Teachers Training College) majoring in Teaching English as a Second Language. Apart from his core competency as an English Teacher, Kesna held various managerial positions during his more than 30 years of working experience mostly in the field of Human Resource function in major companies such as Vico Indonesia, KPMG Siddharta Consulting and Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Kesna is a certified trainer for EQ, Train the Trainer and the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People in addition to a Licensed NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist.
