• PURPOSE
The purpose of this 1 day training is to train Kaizen Event Leaders on the Lean Principles and Tools and how to plan and execute a kaizen event. Putting theory into practice, the tools will be applied during a day kaizen event.
• GOALS & OBJECTIVES
Deliver training that demonstrates which Lean tools are available and can support the future kaizen events.
- Give the Kaizen Event Leaders a basic understanding of what a Kaizen Event involves.
- Learn by doing during a real kaizen event so that they can see and experience what is involved in the preparation and execution of a Kaizen Event.
