Sampoerna School of Business & Management ITB, a partnership between Sampoerna Foundation and School of Business & Management ITB, is currently seeking indonesia ‘s young professionals with high motivation and strong determination for following  position:

Position Title: In-house Training Staff

 

 

Qualifications:

 

• • Level of Education: S1 (preferred in business/management/technical)
  • Age Range: max 30 y.o.
  • Gender: either
  • Work Experiences: At least 1 year (preferred in consultancy business)
  • Job Requirements: Fluent English both oral and written, communicative and good analytical thinking, computer literate

Job Roles:

 

• • Report to In House Training Program Officer
  • Markets in-house training programs
  • Seek for client’s requirements for in-house training
  • Provides information to the public through website announcements
  • Maintains relationships with companies, facilitators, and media
  • Edits materials for in-house training purposes
  • Designs, prepares and manage in-house training events
  • Manages purchasing and requisitions for supplies and equipment
  • Maintains records and prepares reports related to events conducted
  • Conducts in-house training performance evaluations; identifies in-house training needs.
  • Assist CIT officer to approach the customers, identify training requirement, develop/customize the in-house training package and conduct the in-house training.
