Job Overview:
Position reports to Managing Director. Position requires a strong supervising and managing skill in order to monitor and maintain product quality and take essential steps if improper process has taken place and affecting the quality of product, balancing utilization and cost efficiency. The position is also accountable to monitor and analyze stock management to ensure day of inventory in logistic department, maintenance schedule, human capital management and cGMP & ISO compliance procedure as well.

Qualifications:
? Having strong knowledge about industrial pharmacy.
? Male / female with minimum age of 35
? Organizing skill, strong leadership and interpersonal skills
? Goal oriented
? Bachelor or Master Degree from reputable university
? Have at least experience as Senior Plant Manager in pharmaceutical industry for 7 years
? Have wide range of networking in NADFC (The National Agency of Drug and Food Control) & MOH (Ministry of Health)
? Excellent communication in English both oral and written
