Vacancy for Expeditor
We are an International Oil & Gas service company serving major Oil & Gas Clients is having a tender for few inspectors and expeditor. If we are awarded for this tender, our project will start in October 2012.
Therefore, we are seeking people to fill in position with following requirements :
- Expeditor : 2 personnel for working duration total about 297 days, rotational
Competencies
· Effective communication and good command of English (verbal and written)
· Good Interpersonal and effective communication skills
· Strong Problem solving and analytical skills, coordinating inspectors, contractors and Clients
· Ability to set priorities, handle heavy workload and meet aggressive deadlines
Qualification
Diploma in Engineering / Technical, understand to read drawing and working schedule including bar-chart, MS-Project, etc
Willing to work at Surabaya on rotational basis
Minimum 8 years as Expeditor from oil & gas industries. Minimum 3 years or 2 project as Expeditor from oil & gas industries.
Has experiences on Logistic, Purchasing and Supply Chain, preferably in Wellhead Platform or offshore construction
Capable to handle in a professional and capable manner for the Purchasing of major material, equipment with terms favorable to Company and to ensure Supplier in fulfills commercial obligations and to manage the Head Office Buyers, Expeditor, Inspectors and Contractors to ensure the performance of their duties
