Currently we are looking for one successful candidate to join us as *HR Associate** *in the HR Development Program. The objective of the HR Development Program* *is to develop well-rounded, internationally mobile HR professionals through challenging work assignments, mentoring and education. Program is designed to build fundamental skills which are transferable across the enterprise and learned in an accelerated timeframe through opportunities to be nimble and independent in challenging, global assignments.
*General Requirement:*

– Master Degree in Human Resources from reputable institutions with approximately 3 years experience in managing HR role; or – Bachelor Degree in Human Resources from reputable institutions with approximately 5 years experience in managing HR role; – Oil and gas exposure will be an advantage – Advance skills of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) applications – Fluency in English both spoken and written – Internationally mobile (must be fully mobile for 5 years duration of the program)
