Prossessing more than 25 years of culinary experience, Basri has been an executive chef since october 2001 he has worked in various Hotel& Resort – beginning with his position as a chef de partie at batam view beach resort, and then becoming executive chef at Plam spring golf & resort batam, we olso executive sous chef at Acacia hotel jakarta & Batam. to enrich his culinary experience, he went on to Medan and worked as executive sous chef at tiara hotel & covention center medan, executive chef at grand mitra hotel aceh NAD, and finally became an executive chef at columbia asia hospital medan
