RECRUITMENT
JOB TITLE : QHSE Compliance Officer (SCO)
REPORT TO : Companys System-Management Representative (CS-MR)

QUALIFICATIONS
• Age : Max 35 Years old
• Sex : Male/Female
• Marital Status : Not specified
• Education : S1 (graduated from Public Health Management from reputable university or ANT/ATT class II/I is most preferable)
• GPA : min 3 (4 scale)
• English : Proficient
• Computer : Computer literate
• Others : - Familiar with such related International standard of QHSES Management system (i.e: ISM Code, ISPS Code, ISO 9000/14000/18000 series, OHSA, etc) and proven with certification is most preferable.
- Familiar with the Plan Maintenance System (PMS)
- Familiar with Industrial Hygiene Management System
-Certified as Internal Auditor for above management system is most preferable
-Has capability as a trainer
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar position

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Together with CS-MR provide a link between the shore management and those on board the vessel to ensure safe operation and environment protection as required by related QHSE Management System
• Having Appropriate knowledge and experience to carry out responsibilities effectively associated with the verification, control and esure the implementation of applied QHSE Management System
• Together with team is responsible to all matters related to the requirement to develop and continual improvement of applied management system and the implementation both onshore and onboard the vessel.
• Conduct random checking on vessel monthly report and carry out audit accordingly.
• Monitoring the safety and pollution prevention aspects of the vessel as assigned.
• Ensure all shipboard emergency situations are reported and communicated to the relevant shore based department and provide all necessary assistance to the master of the ship including for the analysis and investigation process.
• Ensure all personnel are able to carry out all procedures, systems, testing, training, familiarization, orientation, drills, safety meeting, risk assessment and emergency preparedness and response accordingly.
