• Education : Min. S 1 Accountancy
• GPA : 3,25 of 4 scale
• English : Fluent
• Computer : Computer literate in all Microsoft Office Applications, intermediate Excel
• Others : - Deep knowledge and understanding and application of General Accepted Accounting Practices, PSAK and Reporting
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulation
- Good management skills and understanding of risk and controls
- Experience in public listed company will be an advantage
- Experience in multi-company environment for accounting
EXPERIENCE
• Min. 2 years experience as Accounting Manager, preferably in shipping industry or 6 years in accounting field
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure all accounting reports are completed accurately and within the determined schedule and according to general accounting standards and Indonesian accounting standards
• Supervise and directing accounting officers, including monitoring and evaluating work performance, assisting with more complex or unusual problems, and delegating work task responsibilities
• Integrity, professionalism & commitment to quality
• Review and implement relevant and sufficient controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting, to identify risk area
and implement and monitor procedures to mitigate such risks.
