• 3 years as Chief Officer or Second Officer on board

JOB DESCRIPTION
• PC is responsible to ensure crew discipline and constantly educate all crew to improve their skills and knowledge in carrying out their duties
• Monitoring, reviewing and ensuring that vessels operate safely with proper procedure and pollution prevention
• Monitoring and ensuring that all documents are in accordance with vessel operational needs and regulation are still valid on the vessel
• Assist vessel in cargo operation matters
• Provide a link between the operation management, customer requirements and vessel
• Ensure all crews are able to carry out all procedures, systems, testing, training, familiarization, orientation, emergency drill
• Monitor and ensure vessel operation, fuel oil consumption, spare part supply and maintenance, for the project assigned are carried out as per program and procedures
• If necessary, PC may act as on board Master/Officers or Owner Representative (OR) for a certain period of time
• Ensure all of charts on the vessel are suitable with the voyage plan and according to the latest revision
• If required, act as Internal Auditor to verify the implementation of Safety and Quality Management system onboard the vessel
• Work as team
• Travel required
